- What kind of sports bets do you offer?
WagerWeb.com offers a vast variety of wager types which you can check under Rules and then under bet types. Not all wager types apply to every sport, please make sure to verify before placing your sports bets.
- Does overtime counts towards 2nd half and 4th Quarter bets?
Overtime does not count towards 4th quarter bets, but it does count in 2nd half bets and game period
- Can I Parlay Props, Quarters or my boxing bets?
No, Props, Quarters, Boxing, NASCAR can only be taken as a straight wager
We are currently offering a new type of bet called Parlay Fever, where, at the discretion of the Line Manager.
Odds will be given to the player if he / she decides to parlay sports that usually not allowed in this type of bet.
- When are your lines going to be posted?

- I pushed on one of the picks in my parlay, what happens now?
If you pushed on a pick on your parlay, it reverts to the next step, so if for example you have a 3 team parlay and one of your picks is a push, then it reverts to a 2 team parlay and the odds are re-calculated
- What happens if there’s pitcher change?
If your bet included the starting pitchers then it will be cancelled. Totals and Run-Lines are always listed pitchers; therefore they will be void as well. If you bet action, then your bet will be adjusted to the final odds after the pitcher change.
- What happens if a baseball game is called in the 6th inning?
Baseball games are official on the Money Lineafter the 4.5 innings if the home team is winning and 5 innings if the away team is winning; so all of the bets on the totals and run-lines will be cancelled.
- What is an In Progress line?
In Progress is a type of play in which you can bet during the game and it’s graded with the final result.
- Why my baseball parlay odds are different than my football or basketball parlay odds?
Most of the times we find a -110 line on football and basketball, although on baseball there is a lot of variety on the money lines, please check our parlay definition to compare the odds.
- What are the odds on a X team parlay or teaser?

- What is the paperwork required to process my Credit Card?
We will require copies of the front and back of your credit card and ID plus WagerWeb.com’s form filled and signed.
- How does the rollover work?
The rollover will count as follows: (Amount deposited + Bonus) Times the Rollover unless the winnings of the Bonus are higher than the bonus itself, it will be: (Amount deposited + Winnings of the bonus) Times the Rollover.
- How does my free play work?
Free Plays are Free Money given to the player by the Sportsbook as an Initial Bonus, Re-Up Bonuses, Referral Bonuses, Free Payouts and some Special Occasions.
1- Free play and Bonuses are intended for Recreational Players only.
2- Free Play bonuses will always have a rollover,and the same Bonus Rules will apply.
3- The Sportsbook is not obligated to give any free play to any player.
4- Special conditions may vary according to the player’s history with the Sportsbook
5- Any free play that does not come from a deposit will be NON-FORFEITABLE if already used or partially used by the player.
6-Free play winnings only (not the risk amount) will be transferred to the Cash Balance. There will not be a loss on free plays but the transaction will go as a no action where the risk is of course not returned to the available action.
7- Free plays can be used in the Sportsbook, Racebook or Casino, but can’t be used in If Bets of any kind or Conditional Bets.
- Do I get any free payouts?
Your account will be granted with X amount of free payouts on a monthly basis according to the Rewards Level you are in. The amount that corresponds to the fees will be credited to your free play balance after you have met the requirements necessary and free play rules will apply although there will be no rollover on the amount credited. In order to qualify for a free payout the customer must leave an X amount of money in his account based on their rewards level + Fees. 30% Silver, 25% Gold, 15% Platinum and 10% Diamond
